Include your last name in the title of your submission and in the name of your submission file.
If you need to withdraw a part of your submission due to acceptance elsewhere, please add a note to let us know.
We accept simultaneous submissions – but please add a note to let us know as soon as it is accepted elsewhere.
Please do not submit previously published work. Please wait until you hear back from us before you submit again.

In your cover letter, please clearly indicate the following:

The name of the translated author and the language from which the work has been translated.
Biographical details of the translated author.
First date of publication in the original language of the translated work (if applicable) and any other relevant information (original press, country, date, etc.)
Please include the name and a brief bio of the translator, and indicate whether the translator has rights to publish the work in translation.
If you are submitting on behalf of the translator, please indicate your relationship to the translator and/or the work being submitted.
If you are submitting on behalf of a press, please indicate whether your press holds first serial rights for the translated work, as well as translation rights to the original work.
