We accept proposals for cookbooks from restaurants and chefs. Please do not send a manuscript in the first instance, but get in touch through the contact form below with an outline and some background information about yourself and your business. We will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know if we’d like to read the manuscript or pursue the proposal further.
