Typehouse is published in both PDF and print form. We are slowly working our way up to paying professional rates, with contributors paid $10 for issue 15, and $15 for Issue 16. We hope to be able to top that with issue 17, although at minimum we will continue to pay $15 a submitter. Payment is within 30 days of publication. We take first publication rights exclusively for six months, and non-exclusive archival rights thereafter. All other rights revert to the author upon publication, although if the piece is reprinted, please be sure to acknowledge Typehouse Literary Magazine as its first publication. Typehouse is published tri-annually in January, May, and September.
