We run a broad range of activities together with our members, across health, leisure, well-being, cultural and the arts. Do check out our website to get the most recent updates on our programmes.
Our Adult Community Learning (ACL) area which is funded by the Royal
Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) who in turn receive funding
from the Greater London Authority’s Adult Education Budget. The courses
require commitment from our members with respect to completion of an
enrolment form, regular attendance and achievement of learning goals
identified by the member and monitored by the tutor.
Courses generally run for two hours over 10 weeks per term (no class in half term), 3 terms per year.
Our tutors are freelance (we pay £26 per hour); are required to have a
DBS check (costs covered by us); and possess independent liability
insurance.
We would love to hear from you. Having a teaching qualification is
desirable. Our groups are lively sociable learning groups in an
organisation which is a fun, warm and vibrant place to work.
